We process orders within 3 days. Processing time is separate from transportation time.
Estimated transit: 7–10 days
Transportation typically takes approximately 7–10 days after dispatch. This is a transit estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date; order preparation time is additional. Transit can vary by destination, customs, local carrier schedules and holidays.
If you need an item by a specific date, contact us before ordering with the product name, destination and required date so we can help you check suitability.
Free shipping — no minimum order
We offer free shipping to all supported delivery destinations, with no minimum order amount. Enter your delivery address at checkout to confirm availability. If your destination does not have a shipping option, contact us before placing an order.
Taxes and import charges
Review the checkout total and any tax or duty information before paying. Import requirements can vary by destination. If you are unsure whether a charge is included, ask us before ordering; do not assume all destination charges are included in the item price.
Track your delivery
Use your shipment tracking details on our order tracking page. If tracking has not updated, or your package appears delayed or delivered but cannot be found, email velxo788@gmail.com with your order number and tracking details so we can investigate.
Damaged, incorrect or defective items
Please contact us with your order number, a description of the issue and photographs where reasonably available. Our return and refund policy explains the 30-day service commitment, eligibility and refund process. Applicable statutory rights remain unaffected.
