Refund policy

CANCELLATION

Once the product has been processed (within 24 hours), including order verification, assembly, quality inspection, and packaging, we are unable to accept any order cancellations. However, if the package has not yet entered the processing stage, we may cancel your order and issue a full refund.

If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us as soon as possible within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting velxo788@gmail.com. Please include your order number and the reason for cancellation.

RETURNS

Our return policy is valid for 14 days from the date of receipt. If more than 14 days have passed since delivery, we regret that we cannot guarantee a refund or exchange. Please make your purchasing decisions carefully, as we do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind. All sales are final. In cases where cancellation is permitted prior to shipment, a 5% processing fee.

REFUND & RETURN

To be eligible for a replacement or refund due to defective or damaged items, you need contact us within 30 days of receiving the goods and provide photographic evidence of the issue.

We are not liable for any damage resulting from improper handling or use of the product(s). Items purchased during sales or promotional events are non-refundable. In exceptional cases where returns are approved, the customer shall bear the cost of return shipping to our designated address.
